a personal journey
Growing up, I like to think I first studied the human body through dance and art. As I got older, I became aware of the increasing disconnect between mind + body. Injuries sustained long ago crept back to the surface, and a strong desire to find safe, beneficial ways to address chronic pain became my motivation.
Through my own experience integrating massage therapy with at-home self-care, I have been able to feel the difference with lasting effects. I am passionate about helping others in their treatment and aim to meet my clients wherever they are on their path to whole body wellness.
